NJ Industrial Space Attracts Another New York Firm

CARLSTADT, NJ—Industrial migration from New York and its boroughs into New Jersey in search of larger space and lower-cost leases is continuing to drive leasing activity. Another Brooklyn company is taking the plunge with a long-term warehouse lease.

Industrial migration from New York and its boroughs into New Jersey in search of larger space and lower-cost leases is continuing to drive leasing activity.

Premier Packaging Products, a Brooklyn-based paper, foodservice, and janitorial product supplier, is relocating to a 36,652-square-foot industrial building owned by Sitex Group at 482 Barell Avenue in Carlstadt, NJ. Premier leased the entire building for its warehouse operations.
